All Iron Sports chose BestWay Soccer to complete its strategic alliance. Six decades of craft, the solidity of an investment group, and more than 270 players across the alliance — everything a modern career needs under one roof: club-level scouting, development and health, sports law with Muñoz & Arias, image and communication. BestWay brings the markets the network had not yet reached — England, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Romania, Benelux — and a Franco-African pipeline close to CAF.

Ch. 01 — The Story
Every player carries a story. We guard it.
Founded in London in 2012, BestWay Soccer was built on one conviction:
the player is the hero of his own story. Our place is beside him.
We read the road before he walks it. We weigh the choice before he makes it. We negotiate
as if the season depends on it, and we stay when the cameras leave. FIFA-licensed,
working in four languages across the alliance network, we practise a quiet kind of football:
the kind that happens before the stadium fills.

Ch. 02 — The Craft
Four scenes from a career.
Our services are not a catalogue. They are the moments
where a story turns — and where someone has to be standing next to the player.
Scene 01 — The First Light
Talent scouting
Before anyone chants a name, someone has to see it. Our scouts watch matches in person,
read the data twice, and meet the family before the player. We look for what lasts,
not what trends.
Scene 02 — The Decision
Player representation
A career is a series of doors. We help choose which ones to open and which to leave
closed — with facts on the table, in the player's language, at the player's pace.
Scene 03 — The Signature
Contract negotiation
The quietest scene, and the one that decides the next three years. Every clause read twice,
every figure dated and checked, every federation rule respected. Then, and only then, the pen.
Scene 04 — The Long Road
Career management
Stories do not end at the signature. Loans, relocations, the difficult season, the second
contract — we stay on the road for all of it. The guardian does not leave at half-time.

Ch. 04 — The Forge
Where the work is done before anyone watches.
Our training camps are built for the unseen part of the story: conditioning, position-specific
coaching, video review, and honest conversations about where a player stands. Small groups,
qualified staff, written reports at the end. No spectators, no shortcuts.
Camps run seasonally across our network — details on request.

Epilogue — Questions
Before you write to us.
What does BestWay Soccer do?
We represent professional footballers and advise clubs, academies and coaches. Our work covers
representation, contract negotiation, talent scouting and long-term career management.
Who do you work with?
Professional players, young talents and their families, clubs, youth academies and coaches —
across Europe, Africa, South America and the Indian Ocean.
How does a player become a client?
Write to us through the contact form. An agent reads every message personally and answers
every serious one. If we believe we can serve the story, we meet — the player and the family first.
How are negotiations handled?
With preparation. We document the market, verify every figure, and respect the rules of each
federation. The player decides; we make sure he decides with everything on the table.
Do you only work from London?
London is where the story began in 2012. Today our agents and scouts work across the alliance network
on four continents, in French, English, Portuguese and Italian.
